A work desk and chair will also be provided if required. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
Small garden with seating to the rear of the house. There's a spare 4th bedroom in the house that isn't rented out so can be used by the housemates.

The house has excellent transport links in to the centre of Manchester - 20 mins walk to Piccadilly Gardens. Less than 10 minutes walk to the MRI hospital and university. There is also a main bus route next to the house with buses going in to the city centre every 5 minutes.
