Double room within walking distance to city centre

Hi there :)! We are looking for a nice, tidy housemate to complement our share super clean house.
Currently, there are four males living here, easy going, quiet and friendly. If you think you would fit in this house, please don't hesitate to contact us. (text messages or Whatsapp would be easier to contact you back also while I am working or call me after 7pm).

The house is in an excellent position, very close to city center and 5 minutes walk to the central university hospitals and the main campus of the University of Manchester. The room is a double next to the bathroom, with a large modern kitchen with a large dining table and a shared toilet.
You will share the toilet and the bathroom only with 3 of us as the other flatmate got an ensuite room. Bills are excluded but usually, they come to around 35-40 pounds a month, including broadband, gas (central heating), electricity and water.
If you are a professional, council tax is about 25 a month.
