I am currently living in a semi-detached house with my dog and got two bedrooms that I don’t. As such I have decided to look for a housemate. The price includes both rooms, so you could have your bedroom in one and an office or study room in another. Both rooms are spacious enough to fit a double bed with plenty of space left. I was told the landlord will not mind repainting the walls if you do not like the children's room walls 😊
• Full-time employment or proof of study is required, sorry.
• The house is in walking distance (15-20min walk) to Bryn train station and a short ride / cycle to Newton-le-Willows so will be ideal for a mature student or a professional who needs links to Wigan, Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington and Preston.
• Gym and swimming pool are just 4 mins walk away.
• Bills will be shared 50/50.
• Both rooms come unfurnished.
• Shared Livingroom has a large TV with consoles and streaming boxes.
• Shared kitchen includes all the usual amenities.
• There is a 1gb fibre installed so the Internet connection is fast and stable.
• There is a large garden to the back of the house. Viewing recommended.
Note that there is a rent rise to the CPI index every February.
