Two double rooms available in newly refurbished

Hey,

I am 37 years old professional male. I own the property but work away most of the time and only spend 1-2 days at the house a week. I am looking for someone who is responsible, tidy and works. Smoking is not allowed in the house and would prefer none smokers. Sorry no pets due to allergies. I would consider couples as well but there would have to be rent adjustment. Bills will be split equally between all.

I am friendly, easy going and clean person. There is also cleaner once every two weeks just to keep on top of it.
