Double room available in newly refurbished

Hey,

I am 37 years old professional male. I own the property but work away most of the time and only spend 1-2 days at the house a month. I am looking for someone who is responsible, tidy and either works or is full time student and can prove sufficient income. Smoking is not allowed in the house and would prefer none smokers. Sorry no pets due to allergies. Bills are not included. The room is furnished with double bed and wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There is another bedroom available from 26th January for £450 and I am happy to rent to a couple with kids if you rent both rooms.
I am friendly, easy going and clean person.
