This would suit someone who either works from home or is needing a desk for study. It is also in close proximity to Tameside Hospital.

The four poster bed is a lovely feature that is sure to impress.

The kitchen has a big Island in the middle to eat at and an American style fridge freezer with cold water and ice maker. Crushed or cubed. There is a washing machine and a washing line outside. The washing machine has a drying facility but this should only be used in emergencies.

Fibre broadband from Virgin means a fast and strong connection anywhere in the house or garden.

The house backs onto an expansive park with trees providing a barrier between the back wall and park.

The tram, train, and bus station are only a 5-10 minute walk away.

Aldi is 5-10 minutes walk away and Asda has a medium sized store 15 minutes walk away. Lidl and an Asda Superstore are ten minutes drive away.

Ashton Town centre is also 5-10 minutes walk away.

There is a shared bathroom with powerful shower over a bath.

The living room has a TV attached to a sound bar with a fire stick. 😉

There is only one other person living in the house full time as I work between Manchester and Bradford. When I stay I will be up in the attic room. This is maybe once a month. The other housemate spends most evenings in the week out of the house.

The other flatmate's 16 year old son stays on Friday nights and sleeps in the room with the other flatmate.

A deposit secures the room. If you pull out before the tenancy starts you lose the deposit.

The bathroom is shared.
Couples are not considered sorry.
