THE TERM:
We give preference to long term tenants. Our minimum tenancy term is 6 months at the prices advertised.

However, if you need a short-term tenancy (anything less than 6 months), you will be on a 30-day rolling contract which means you can leave with just 30-days’ notice. We can accommodate this if you fulfil the following conditions.
1. Move in as soon as possible
2. Pay £100 more per calendar month than what is advertised

● Long term security - We normally ask for the last month rent in advance, which is always the same amount as the monthly rent advertised.
● Short term security – As you will be paying £100 more, we do not take any security.
