Hi there! I have a room available in my home. The room is a large, bright double. I am a live-in landlord and only myself and my cat, Tess, lives here.

I am an easy-going, professional gay man. I enjoy eating out, cooking, audiobooks, podcasts and dabble in a bit of gaming. I do like to have friends over for dinner and drinks from time-to-time.

I am looking for a similarly easy-going person, professional or student. I have always lived with women in the past so I am most comfortable around females but am willing to consider men too.

- Double bed with memory foam mattress and memory foam topper
- Large wardbrobe and chest of drawers
- Large TV with Amazon Fire - so you can watch Netflix, Prime, Disney + etc.

- Nice little velvet sofa
- Computer desk with office chair
About the house:

- Two bedrooms
- Reliable and fast internet
- Kitchen with washing machine, microwave, good-size fridge-freezer
- Dining room
- Shared bathroom with bath and shower
- Yard at the back with washing line
- Parking out front (I don't have a car so there is usually space out front or very nearby)
- 15 min walk from Stalybridge train station, with additonal 15 mins train ride to Central Manchester (Picadilly or Victoria)
- 15 min walk to Tameside Hospital


The deposit is £300, the full rent (bills incl.) is £520 bills included.
