Description
Hi there! I’ve been living in the house on my own for just under a year. The tenancy is up in August and I’d love to stay here, it’s just no longer financially feasible for me to stay living alone.
About myself - ADHD and a little bit autistic (so neurodivergent friendly!), I’m taking a break from full time work at the moment to focus on my wellbeing and mental health, but i’m working part time in a local bar and I do some modelling, arts & crafts and make-up type stuff in my spare time :)
It’s super important to me that whoever moves in is a big dog lover as I have two! Loki (whippet, 10yrs old) and Aska (springer x staffy, 3.5yrs old). Loki loves absolutely everyone, is super chilled and loves nothing more than being tucked up under a blanket. Aska is a bit more chaotic (super playful and plenty of energy!) and it can take her a little while more to warm up to new people, but once you’ve earned her trust she’ll love you to pieces!
I’m also not much of a drinker and would prefer to find someone likeminded. Due to the dogs I’m hoping to find someone who’s not out every weekend or regularly gets in super super late (Aska bark’s and wakes everyone up :’) )
The nearest tram stop is a bit of a walk (around 25 minutes) but the closest train station is Stalybridge which is only about a 10-15 minute walk. There’s quite a few buses around as well but I think you have to get 2 to get into the city centre, or walk a bit further to get a direct bus. I myself drive and if you do too, there’s plenty of on street parking available all around the house.
The room is currently furnished with my own things but I’ll of course be moving everything out, so it’ll be totally unfurnished. If necessary, I may be able to sort a bed (it’s a single day-bed with drawers underneath that pulls out into a king size bed, and actually super comfy). I first lived in this room comfortably with a king size bed and a massive set of IKEA drawers! It’d be more spacious with a single bed, but definitely still doable with a double!
The full rent for the house is £965 but i’m happy paying more rent due to having the bigger room. Bills are on top and roughly come to about £160/£170 a month (internet, water, gas & electric and council tax).
Any questions at all, please drop me a message!
