I have a fully furnished room to let for immediate occupation. I live alone in a three bedroom house and the box room (3rd bedroom) is currently my office. There are two bathrooms, one up, one downstairs. Shared facilities include a very large lounge and a very large kitchen. Full use of the garden is encouraged, as is maintaining it. Very clean, would never consider smokers or substance users. I holiday 6 times a year and spend most weekends away with friends. Easy to get along with, do your own thing.
