Room for rent in Large Mid terrace.

I have a double bedroom for rent in a large fully furnished house. There are two lodgers living in the house. One works from 10 -10 daily so is rarely around the place. The other stays in his room most of the time and is rarely seen. Both are very quiet, respectful and easygoing. I have had no issues with either since they moved in. One does smoke but never while in the in the house.

The room I am renting out is a large double room with a comfy double bed, double wardrobe and matching chest of draws. (pictured)

ALL the household bills are included in the £400 monthly rent. This includes a sky TV package and Fast broadband internet(wifi)

Landline telephone not included.

The house is a large 3 bedroom mid terrace with a newly fitted luxury bathroom and a large kitchen. There is a very large garden at the rear. Neighbours are quiet and friendly and the area is safe.

I want someone professional and respectful, who will work with us to make living together a pleasant experience.

I am taking a months rent as a deposit so that when you decide to leave, your final months rent is paid. This will avoid any confusion when the time comes for us to part company.

I will consider a couple sharing as it is big enough but the rent will be £550 as will the security deposit.

I'm not accepting DSS im afraid.
