There is no smoking in the house but i don’t mind u smoking in the garden …no pets pls

All we ask for is a clean tidy person that will look after the room...ideally would like female that is studying or professional.

You will be responsible for keeping the bedroom and ensuite clean and tidy .All communal areas are my responsibility to keep clean .

There is direct bus route 231 that goes to central Manchester regularly which takes 30 mins off peak so ideal for students who attend manchester Met or Uni or working in Manchester
Tameside hospital is 10mins away by car and oldham hospital 15 mins by car.

We are a mature, professional, friendly, couple with a 17yr old son who is studying...we are sociable as well as being private people and l would be looking for the same in our house mate..
