you will have use of kitchen, washing machine etc.. own fridge freezer provided in the kitchen. And own microwave provided in bedroom.
..There is no smoking in the house but i don’t mind u smoking in the garden …no pets pls

All we ask for is a clean tidy person that will look after the room and keep room clean ...ideally would like female that is studying or professional ....I will also consider short term let if nurse ...,doctor or hospital staff working at Tameside hospital as it is 5 minutes away by car. or oldham hospital which is 15 mins away by car .

Rent will be adjusted per week for short term let ..pls contact me for new rate ...

You will be responsible for keeping the room and ensuite clean and tidy .All communal areas are my responsibility to keep clean .

The house is semi detached situated in a quiet cul de sac. modern decor throughout.. friendly and safe neighbourhood...bus routes ..metro link and M62 motorway all in easy reach..

Ashton town centre is a short walk away ..and Tameside and oldham hospital a short drive away...

There is direct bus route 231 that goes to central Manchester regularly which takes 30 mins off peak so ideal for students who attend manchester Met or Uni

We are a mature, professional, friendly, couple with a 16 yr old son who is studying.
or gaming.....we are sociable as well as being private people and l would be looking for the same in our house mate....
