Bus stops less than 5-minute walk, and a 20-minute walk from Sale Centre and Metrolink. Access to road networks A56, M60, M62 within 5- minute drive. Manchester airport 15-minute drive.

There's a modern fully fitted kitchen/diner with washing machine, dryer, large fridge/freezer and plenty of cupboard space.

Smoking is not allowed in the house but smoking outside in the garden is fine.

Initial let period is 3 months, to allow all parties to be comfortable, and then becomes a rolling agreement.

This is a working professional household with each room catering for individuals. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate couples, children or pets.
