Beautiful and quiet area

A room with a double-size bed to one person in a beautiful and quiet M29 area in Manchester, available from 15th September. It's a cul de sac, so no running cars under your window. Neighbours are kind, friendly and everyone knows each other. The room is fully furnished. The bus to Trafford center and town is behind corner and around 15 mins to a guided V bus running every 10 minutes, journey to town centre 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Parking is in front of the house, never a problem to park. Living room, kitchen and garden to share. There are two young men living in the house (26 years and 32 years old, both very well behaved gentlemen). We are looking for someone matching their character :)
