A large room with king size bed to one person in a beautiful and quiet M29 area in Manchester, it is a cul de sac so no running cars under your window. Neighbours are kind, friendly and everyone knows each other. The room is fully furnished, TV included, and lots of storage. The bus to Trafford center and town is behind corner, around 15 minutes from house a guided V bus running every 10 minutes, journey to town centre 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Parking is in front of the house or in the street, never a problem to park. Living room, kitchen, garden to share. There will be one young man living in the house (25 years old, English and Czech speaking) and another room will be rent out in the future to one person, so max three people. Price £600 included bills. Available from January 2025 (can be earlier if necessary)
