Room for rent Atherton

I'm an easy going person and am looking for someone to rent a room in 3 bedroom house.

The room is a spacious double bedroom with a wardrobe and bedside drawers

I have had a 24 year old female living with me for the past 18 months who has now moved on to her own place. I can give contact details for reference.

I have two cats who are friendly.

There is parking on the drive and the house is on a quiet cul de sac.

The house is 1.3 miles from Hag fold train station into Manchester and 1.0 mile from the Guided bus lane into Manchester. Atherton is located close to Leigh, Wigan, Westhoughton and Bolton.

The house has a washer, dryer, 300Mb broadband and the room has a connection to a full virgin media package for a small fee (£7.50pm).

I am looking for a professional/student with good references and strong credit history, which will be checked.
The deposit is £400 and maybe flexible on payment.
