Spacious apartment available

I’m looking for someone who would like to make use of my apartment while I am away travelling, with potential upon further discussion to be room mates when I return.

It is fully equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, fridge/freezer).
Unfortunately no disabled/wheel chair access - there is no lift and the apartment is on the third floor.
There are 2 bedrooms, the second room is currently being used as a make shift office but it can be used as a second room if required, the second bed will need to be provided by yourself though!
Accessible to Manchester City Centre and Wigan via bus or train.
