Fully furnished double room close to Atherton train station. All areas to be shared. Gardens front and rear with long driveway and front for parking. I work a busy job and don’t want to come home to a rowdy housemate going out and partying every night. I’m up for a few drinks here and there but my party days are behind me. Looking for somebody who works and just wants to come home to a relaxed house. I’m really laid back, won’t be on your back about things and just ask that the house is respected. It’s been fully renovated over the past two years apart from the kitchen but that is fully functional and all appliances included.
