House share Mon-Fri with professional female

House share with live in landlord. All bills included, and must adhere to fair usage. Any excessive usage will be taken out of deposit.

The room is a double bedroom, with good heating and light. It is furnished with a double bed, and double wardrobe. The bed has a brand new memory foam mattress topper and a still in packet mattress protector will be provided.

Need to provide own bedding and towels. (hand towels provided in bathroom).

Bathroom, living room and kitchen/dining area are all shared, and access to outdoor garden area. Access to conservatory will be limited as I WFH in there.

I will clear space in the kitchen for your food.

No smoking or vaping permitted inside house.

Ideally looking for another professional Mon-Fri.
Note, this room is for one person, and no overnight guests will be permitted.

The house is in good commuting distance to Manchester and Liverpool and surrounding areas. Lots of local shops. There are 2 train stations within a 2 mile radius.

I am a fairly easy going person, and like to be respectful to others, and expect the same in return. I'm not always neat and tidy, but like to keep things clean, and I would expect a house guest to do the same for their room ( as I would not go in there while you are renting out).
