I am looking for a housemate to share a tidy 2 bedroom flat in a quiet residenrial area. The flat is clean and well-kept in a peaceful neighbournhood. It is suited for someone who has a car or work near by so that you can easily commute to work by using public transport. References required from both a workplace and a previous landlord. Please note that I am a live in landlord. If needed to move in sooner or later this is negotiable.
