Large double room available to rent with en-suite on separate floor of the house. . Loads of wardrobe and storage space. This room Is 16ft x 16ft, with sloped ceiling and I one side and is the biggest room in the house. Includes limited access to shared kitchen/lounge/ dinning room.

This is a familly home, with my teenage child and 10 week old cockerpoo puppy.

Sorry but I am not considering Short rents I am looking for someone that’s looking for somewhere for 12 months at least/long term. I am also not doing virtual viewings as it’s a family home so the room cannot be reserved without physically seeing it and meeting with us and us all being happy 😃

Internet access included.
Furnished or renter can provide own furniture if preferred. Furnitute in the room is different than the post but its rented at the moment. Includes:

Denton town centre is a 2 minute drive away with lots of shops to spend your hard earned cash, and local shops abs Co-op super market are a short walk away.

Crown point north shopping centre and snipe Retail Park are both less than a 5 minute drive away, and have lots of restaurants and major retailers right on your doorstep if you like to eat out.

The M60 motorway is within easy reach just under 1 mile away for easy access to other parts of Manchester, and There are excellent public transport links locally as well if you don't drive. I am a 1 min walk from the 219 bus route into Manchester/Ashton. The hous is around a 5 min walk from the nearest stop.
