All bills included, gas, electric & WIFI
part furnished room which includes a double, chester draws & clothing closet

-Washer/Dryer Available
-Bus stop on the doorstep (More or Less)
-Local gym & Grocery shops within walking distance


Proof of employment would need to be provided to be considered.

Room will be until the end of the year / 6 months.

Deposit & 1 months rent upfront.

Id prefer a female to occupy this space but I'm a quite flexible with gender... P. s STRICTLY NO COUPLES!
