It's really important to me that I'm not just getting a house mate, but someone who will treat my home like their own.
The person would also have access to the lounge which includes a 50 inch TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sky Sports & BT Sports as well as a modern kitchen and south facing garden which is complete with garden furniture for those summer evenings.
The house is situated in a really good spot. 15 - 20m walk from Brooklands Tram Station. As well as easy access to the M60 and/or the M56. The house comes with one parking space, and plenty of on street parking directly outside the property.
You'd share the property with a 28 year old individual who works in engineering.
