Location is great, it is minutes from large supermarkets, Wythenshawe Park and the tram. Wythenshawe Hospital and the airport are a short commute away, and it is about 35 minutes to town on the tram. Parking available behind the house.
The house is neutral in decoration and relaxed. Ideal for someone who does their own thing and wishes to come and go as they please. The bedroom is a decent size. It comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. There is a small yard out the back.
All bills are included; gas, electric, broadband, TV license, water and council tax. Please note that given the current climate, fair usage for bills applies and will be subject to review every 3 months.
A bit about me, I am a professional female in my thirties. I enjoy theatre, sports and food. I work from home currently, with some time away intermittently from the house for work. I am ideally looking for a laidback housemate who is reasonably clean and considerate!
No couples, no students due to council tax calculations, and no smokers or vapers please. Definitely not a party house!
