My room is a double en-suite room.

We’e only been in since July 2024 and the flats were brand new when we moved in so you’d be moving into a practically brand new flat.
My housemate spends 2-4 days away from the flat per week for work so you’d have the space to yourself most of the time.
Looking for someone to take over in the next 4-6 weeks but could do it earlier if all things go smoothly.
