The rent is £650 per month, which includes Council Tax, WiFi and most household bills. Water and electricity vary slightly month to month and would be split fairly, but they’re usually very low. A £650 deposit is required.
The flat is well located with great local amenities and direct tram links into Manchester Piccadilly.
I’m friendly, laid-back and independent, but I do like a clean and tidy space, so I’m looking for someone similar. I’d love to live with another female professional who wants a calm, respectful home with good vibes🫶🏾
