Large Double Room in a peaceful home

I’ve got a large double room available in my flat. A bed can be provided (your choice of single free or double at extra cost via deposit).

3 month initial contract but then month to month for security of myself and you as a person.

The flat is fully set up with everything you’ll need:

* Bills included (gas, electric, water, WiFi, council tax)
* Fridge, freezer, washing machine & dryer
* Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils & accessories
* Shared bathroom with bath & shower
* Shared kitchen and living room
* You will have your own kitchen cupboards bathroom space and hallway space for items so you don't have to keep everything in your room.

I’m looking for a working professional who is clean, tidy, and enjoys living in a quiet home. I’ve shared flats before and always had positive experiences, so I’d like to find someone like-minded.

House rules / vibe:

* Clean and well-kept home (I like things to a kept tidy in the communal area)
* No smoking (vaping is fine)
* No house parties or big gatherings this is a peaceful flat. Guest are welcome will discuss this further.

Pets:
I have two short-haired, house-trained cats. They’re very clean, don’t scratch furniture, and never go in the kitchen. I’m fully responsible for them, so you won’t need to worry about anything.

* 5 mins drive / 20 mins by public transport to Tesco, ASDA, Aldi, Lidl, B&M, Superdrug
* 20 mins by public transport to Manchester Airport
* Great transport links with buses & trams into Manchester
* Private parking available
On site CCTV around the property and in the property stairwell.

I’d love to share with someone who appreciates a calm, respectful, and quiet home. I'm looking for a friend to live with but also happy to just share with someone who keeps to themselves.
I'm an outgoing very easy person and I don't micromanage anything as a live in landlord.

I will request 3 months payslips and 3 months bank statements.
