A single room with furniture, brand new mattress. All bills are included. A new chair will be bought for the time of moving in, to just help spread out.

I'm more than happy to share my home with the right person, I want you to feel you can live here and not just stay here.

I work approx 8-4 each day and tend to be doing other things afterwards for a few hours.

There is a television available for the bedroom if needed.

The usual items in the kitchen, washer, cooker and hob. Air fryer and slow cooker.

1 gig internet, all television channels going.

1 mile from Wythenshawe hospital, Metrolink and bus services into Manchester city centre within 10 minutes walk.

Tesco, Aldi and 24hr Gym on the door step. Plus local amenities.

Playstation and dart board as free extras.
