I have a 2 bedroom flat in the wythenshawe area with secure parking round the back. It is very nicely decorated with tasteful furniture. One room is a very good size and has a super king bed in there. The other room is fairly small but would still fit a double bed in there. The Bathroom has a good shower and bath, and the kitchen has a washing machine and gas cooker. This flat comes fully furnished with a nice l shape sofa in the lounge. It is located in wythenshawe very close to the hospital and airport. It Takes 20 minutes to drive into town as it is situated very close to the princess parkway. It is also Very close to the M56 and other motor ways.
I am renting this out for £695 without bills. Feel free to give me a call about the apartment. Bills are not included but will not be too much. Council tax is around £85 per month and gas and electric comes to about £40 per month. I want to move out so that is the reason I am renting this flat out. Short term let’s accepted.
