I have a double room to rent in my lovely modern home. Shared bathroom and kitchen.

The property is in a quiet area, Benchill, walking distance to Wythenshawe town and bus stop in front of the house to Manchester Airport, didsbury, Chorlton and the city centre. The location of the house is perfect in terms of convenience!

I am moving to London, so I am looking for someone to take over my room. You would have a double bedroom and share the flat with a 23-old girl. She is working 6 days a week, so she is rarely home, she's sociable, clean and quiet.

Plenty of room it’s a great size! The flat comes with a private secure parking space (the other tenant does not own a car, so this would be all yours). Bills come to £107, so a month cost (rent+bills) is £425.
