Amazing double room near the city centre

I have a lovely 3 bed semi detached home (in North Manchester), with a garden. I am looking for a house share with the right person.
You must be clean and tidy , as I am. You must also like cats , as I have a sweet natured cat called Dolly. She mostly sleeps, as she is getting on a bit 🤣.
I live just off a busy dual carriageway way, so if the sound of traffic bothers you , this isn’t the right place for you. I do have a driveway , if you have a car.
The room is not en-suite , but I have a down stairs loo , as well as the upstairs bathroom. I am quite sociable , but also love my own space.
My house is about 3 miles from Manchester City centre , and 4 miles from Bury. There is a tram stop 10 minute walk away going into town or Bury. There are frequent buses into Town or Bury.
When I go away, which will be frequent, you would usually have the house to yourself (as long as you feed the cat. I would provide the food).
I also have a fortnightly cleaner.
It is really important that we get on and you are respectful of giving space, being tidy , and not noisy when it’s time to sleep. Would prefer to have a chat over a coffee before any decisions are made. Thanks for reading.
