I have a lovely double room spare. It is fully furnished to a good standard and overlooks the garden and decking area via 2 floor to ceiling windows. You will have your own bathroom as I have an en-suite. There is a bath and shower.
Broadband is also included. Downstairs is open plan and you will have access to use all the facilities. There is a gated parking area at the back of the house. It's about a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly station and the 219 bus goes from the end of the road into town and Ashton every 10 minutes.
I have 2 family dogs aged 8 years and 4 years old and doesn't go upstairs (unless encouraged to do so) They are very much a part of our family.
I am very open and welcoming to the LGBTQ community and look forward to welcoming a new person into our home.
I had a lodger for several years now and they have gone on to become great friends. I am a professional person and work full time. My main hobby is watching football (United).
