Good size furnished double room available situated just over the road from the Etihad Stadium. Property has a double driveway so parking is available however; there's also great transport links just a short walk away taking you in to the city centre.

I'd like to share with someone who appreciates a mixture of spending time together and alone. Respectful, tidy, clean and considerate like myself. I try to eat well and exercise regularly, enjoy walking/hiking. I'm not a party person but do like the occasional night out/in for drinks or food. Looking for someone with a similar mindset.
