Depisit est 360 this is for the checks etc with the agency and will be taken off youre 1st month's rent

The place is currently furnished,
The house has, 3 double bedroom,
also ontop of that have a spare room, for any guests that stay and also have a office room, which has a sofa bed in too.
There's a utility room and downstairs toilet, on the same floor as your bedroom there is a bathroom with bath overhead shower and toilet you would share this with 1 other

About current hosuemate who is staying in the property

Clean and tidy people and would prefer others to be too. Easy to get on with people, like to be social but also know everyone needs their own space. Please be clean and tidy, this is essential in communal areas of the house.

Alex current tennant is very chilled and easy to get on with, enjoys rugby, sport, and socialising

Please be LGBTQ friendly, if not we won't get along, as household is LGBTQ.

Criteria for agency, passport, income of at least 20k means you won't need a garnetor) please make sure you have this and are honest about your citation up.
