A large bathroom which contains both a bath and shower, shared with one of the other occupants. Along with access and use of a spare room presently used for when guests of all occupants come to visit on small stays.
A spacious communal kitchen with all the usual amenities, fridge, oven, gas hob, dish washer etc
A comfortable living room with patio doors into the garden with garden furniture where we sometimes host a BBQ in the summer and invite some friends over. And a separate utilities room equip with a washing machine.
The property has good commuting routes being a 20-25 minute walk from Piccadilly station, a 5 minute walk from Ashbury station (1 stop from Piccadilly station) and having a regular direct buses into the city centre till late.
Other local amenities consist of a
5 minute walk to a Tesco express, a 10 minute walk to Asda supermarket and bus routes to Lidl and Morrisons 5 minute journey.
A GP surgery is located very close if you need to register for a new one.
The propperty also offers free parking if you drive.
