Room for Rent in Manchester

I have a large apartment with the spare room w/bathroom for rent.

There is a large kitchen and living room with a large balcony. The room for rent is a double room with a bathroom adjacent to it. It is furnished (at the moment it has a sofa bed) and decorated with a TV aerial. There is Sky and Broadband/Wifi throughout.

There is unassigned unlimited secure gated parking. The flat is situated just on the edge of the City Centre with close public transport links as well as close to the main motorways.

Im originally from Liverpool and moved here four years ago. I am looking for a room mate who is in similar circumstances as myself as well as someone to share a G&T with on a Friday night :)
