House information

A spacious town house with three double rooms, a living room, an office/snug, kitchen and garden. There is only one other tenant.

There is limited space outside of the room for storage including kitchen equipment & utensils. The kitchen has everything you may need.

We are a 15 minute walk to Piccadilly Station and have a bus stop 1 minute walk from the house which goes to Piccadilly.

The current tenant is very chilled in his 30s. Spends alot of time away and doesn't tend to use living room as he has his own on another level. We want to ensure current Tennant is comfortable with whoever moves in so ultimately he will make the decision after meeting potential house mates.
