Week days rental - Luxury house

This property is a Monday to Friday let ONLY, and would suit professionals working in Manchester and wanting a place to work and stay during the week.

The room will be free from 2pm Monday to 10am Friday (can be a little flexible on these)

The house will be let at weekends to air BNB customers, BUT rest assured a full dress down, clean, new sheets will be carried out every Monday morning ready for the week.

The house is set on 3 levels and there are 2 rooms to let so you will have access to your own bedroom - en suite and kitchen/lounge facilities.

There is ultra fast broadband so rest assured you can get some work done. The house will be shared with one other professional renting on the same basis.

There is a garage if you want to store a bike (if you want to ride into Manchester). The city centre is really close - a 10 minute walk, or £7 uber.

The house is also 10 minutes from the Manchester city stadium and co-op live arena.
