I have a double room available, in my 4 bedroom duplex apartment, it is situated on the 13th & 14th floor of the popular Freshfields development based in blackley.

The bedroom is a decent size nice bright and clean

You need to be in a full time job. I don’t accept housings benefits. The upper floor has a fully equipped fitted integrated kitchen

Fantastic panoramic views with ample seating, there is a feature spiral staircase leading to the lower floor.

The lounge area has a black leather sofa and chair with 65” tv.

The lower floor has a kettle, toaster fridge freezer and a large shared bathroom with bath & shower.

The room is a decent size comes with Double bed, mattress casement and new mattress protecter’ glass bedside tables two matching lamps Single mirrored wardrobe and a set of draw ,
rooms have flat screen TVs which includes amazon fire stick, catch up tv, instant electric wall heaters, unlimited fast speed WiFi, your room is lockable for your own privacy. No smoking 🚭 in the apartment.

The guys Brett and rob are really nice polite and quiet and easy to to get on with

I am looking for an ideal term of minimum term of 6 months rental

When vacating your room 1 months notice or 30 days needs to given.

The bond is £ 300 and refundable.

All bills are included in the rent and as I am a private landlord I don’t charge any administrative fees.

I would require a work reference, the rooms are not available to DHS.

Local amenities are Asda, Tesco’s (open until midnight), home bargains, restaurants, the area benefits from a 72 Hectare park with lake, if you prefer a gym for the social aspect or enjoy classes Puregym is 5 mins walk away.

The bus stop is situated outside the apartment building and is 4 stops away from Manchester Piccadilly, buses run from 6am half hourly. The train station is a mile away.

The M60 and M62 motorway are 5 minutes from the property.

The apartment is spacious and has an entrances on both levels, No smoking in your rooms.
