Large, bright double room with ample storage

A lovely double room set in a quiet cul-de-sac. The room is large and bright and has built-in wardrobes across a whole wall so plenty of storage space.

This a calm, warm and safe house with a large garden. I only rent 1 room at a time (occasionally 2) as I want this to feel like a friendly home. It's a great street where neighbours look out for each other.

Kitchen with double oven, washing machine, dishwasher and large American style fridge-freezer.

Close to Tesco superstore, library, doctors and local shops. The house is right next to Plant Hill park with great views of the city. We're also near Boggart Hole Clough and Heaton Park so it's great for nature spaces.

I do not drive so there is off road parking available if you have a car.

3 minute walk to the bus stop. Bus routes 17 18 and 163 take 15 minutes the city centre.

I am looking for someone who is calm and respectful and clean and tidy. This is a friendly street so I am looking for friendly guests who will fit in here.
