Double room available for long or short term

I have double room available asap for short or long term let.
It's freshly decorated and spacious.
Short term price will be higher.
Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room with just myself.
It's a spacious apartment on the top floor with stunning views.
10 min walk to tram stop with 15 min ride to city centre and bus stop is just outside.
On street parking available.

I work from home 9 - 5:30, from my bedroom.
Evenings I spend in the gym and weekends mostly away these days.

I can keep to myself if you prefer your space or can have a laugh when we're prepping meals, if you're around.
I'm still young at heart, old only on paper ;P
