Double room | Own bathroom | New build house

Hi, my names David and I’m a 34 year old man living in Blackley alongside my 4 year old border collie Finley.

I am looking for a fellow housemate where I can offer a double bedroom and a main bathroom for rent as well as good company (human and canine!)

The property is a 3 bed end terrace, with garden and parking. The third bedroom is currently used as a study as I work from home. It is right near Boggart Hole Clough which is a lovely country park, and there are very regular buses available to the city centre which usually takes about 20-30 mins or driving will be 15 minutes.

I have a cleaner that comes semi regularly (once a fortnight) but cleaning duties would be shared beyond that. I don’t typically have guests, so the property is usually fairly quiet. In evenings I either go to the gym or I am socialising out of the house.

Preference wise I would prefer a housemate who does not drink, and ideally not a huge party person (I do go out out now and then!). I would also like to share the space with someone with similar interests as it would be nice to hang out together.
