Spacious Bedroom for Rent in a Friendly Shared Hom

Welcome to a comfortable and well-furnished bedroom is available in a quiet, welcoming house. The property features two large living rooms, two toilets, and a third bedroom for occasional guests (maximum stay of 5 days, with prior agreement). Friends are welcome to stay overnight with last-minute notice.

The living room can also be used for yoga, Pilates, or similar activities if all housemates agree. While the garden and decking are currently not in the best condition due to our limited time at the property, we’ll aim to improve it during the summer months.

We’re a friendly and flexible couple based in Oxford who visit the property once or twice a month. The house is co-owned by myself (Portuguese), another owner (Dutch), currently living in the Netherlands. My partner (English) and I will be the ones living at the property. In case of emergencies, you’ll have our both contact details.

We’re looking for a tidy and responsible Woman or Couple who will help keep the house in good order a single guy will be considered. The rental is on a month-to-month basis, notice is a month also on both sides for flexibility.

This is my first experience renting out a room, so expect a relaxed, friendly approach. Please note, we live in Oxford, so we won’t be around full-time!
