Single room with double bed in a 3 bed house :)

The room is a small room with a double bed rather than single, it comes with a wardrobe and a 5 set of drawers, aswell as a bedside outlet and medium window

We have 2 bathrooms one on the bedroom floor and one downstairs, which we don't use that much but you are free to claim if you rent :)

We have quite a large living room which also features a storage space underneath the stairway. That follows onto our kitchen (not pictured due to photo limitations on the site but can provide images upon request) that we also like to keep clean ect

The stairway, doorway, landing and bedrooms are carpeted, we vacuum and keep on top of it regularly to keep the space feeling nice :)

The room is 600pcm bills included

It is a 23 minute walk (according to Google maps) to the nearest tram stop which takes you into the city centre within 10/15 minutes

There are bus links to the city centre a 3 minute walk away aswell as a 10 minute walk

It is located not far from the hospital and is a 5 minute walk away from the local convenience/Nisa Local shop which is also next to the pharmacy, post office shop and health/fitness center which we like to train at

If you like walking/ nature there is a big park brimmed with nature and paths which also features a boating lake and picnic area you can see if you circle round the whole park :) aswell as little bridges and running paths

There is also a takeaway (they do nice cheesey chips) and a pub around 3 minutes away from the house too, so lots of close links around :)

The market, which includes the market stalls, BnM, Lidl, Asda, McDonald's, KFC and various charity shops, is a 30 minute walk from the house or 14 minutes via the bus. There you can also find a bigger gym/health center which is the local leisure center

There is also a parking space in front of the house.

Me and my friend are in our early 20s and like to consider ourselves as responsible and reliable as well as experienced, in terms of living independently or in a shared household
We like to treat the house as a home rather than a party house / "typical student house" therefore, we intend to keep the communal spaces tidy, clean and clear for effective use and function for all housemates☺️

We are creative people that enjoy listening to and making music. I myself also coach boxing and combat sports ( feel free to ask for a pad work/ self defence session 😉)

Hoping to find some like-minded people who can get on with us but also someone who enjoys their own space and company
