Nice double room available now

I have a good-sized double room available for immediate rental. I am a live-in landlord looking for somebody to rent my spare room. This would be ideal for a student or professional person.

The house is in Blackley and not far on the bus from Manchester city centre. There is a large Tesco 10 mins walk away and buses run along Rochdale Rd into the city centre.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a window overlooking the garden. It's a quiet street and comfortable house. You will have use of the shared bathroom, kitchen, lounge and garden. There is also a parking space available if you have a car.

Monthly rental (£800) payable up front. We would probably have an initial trial month and then just take it from there on a casual basis. I am a fairly quiet, private person; I read a lot and meditate in the evening. I am a teacher. I am looking for a quiet, respectful person who wants a room and is happy to do his/her own thing.
