THE TERM:

If we have 2 singles move in, both can be on 6-month+ tenancies, which is why this is our preferred option. You will be classed as a tenant.

If we have 1 couple sharing with 1 single or 2 couples sharing with each other, then you will have to be on a short-term let agreement. This means that you won’t be on a tenancy agreement but on a short-term booking room, month-by-month basis like a hotel. You will be classed as a guest. You will be on a 30-day rolling contract which means you can leave with just 30-days’ notice.

We give preference to long term tenants and guests but will consider short term stays until we find long term tenants/guests.
