Spare room available in 3 bedroom house, I have the main room and another is used as office space so would be sharing with myself and a Dalmatian puppy so have to be good with dogs.

Room comes with a basic double bed

Shared bathroom

Big open living area / kitchen dining area

Garden space

Parking available outside the property if needed

Basically looking for someone who would be a pal as well as a room mate but also into my own space.

I’m a big Liverpool fan so into my football, like going to gigs, going the pub etc
