1 DOUBLE bedroom to rent (furnished) - Blackley.

I have a 3 bed house in Blackley currently occupied by 2 mature, housemates. One young lady and a very nice gent. So I am looking to fill up the 3rd bedroom which is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe side light/ cabinet and chest of drawers + mirror.

The house is very clean and is quite big. It is fully furnished. No couples I'm afraid. To include:

- Sky TV with entertaiment package
- Fibre optic broadband (very fast 40MBps!)
- Big screen TV and cinema surround
- Washing machine + dryer
- All bedrooms furnished
- Big garden at back - good for summer BBQs

The house is close to Rochdale road and the No. 17 Bus is every 10 mins with a 15 min ride into Manchester centre. We have a library, big Tesco, Chinese/ chippy/ Indian takeouts, markets, news agents, pound store, banks all within walking distance. So the house is in a really really good location.

I am very easy going landlord and quite happy to purchase additional stuff should you need in the house. All I am looking for is:

- non smoker
- full time employment or full time student
- Reasonably clean and tidy
- male or female
- no pets! sorry!

Deposit will be £100 + rent until the end of the month. No contracts.. just a small written agreement to cover deposit and obvious stuff.

I will cover water, council tax, broadband and Sky TV. The roommates will share electric and gas costs which will work out to be about £30 a month depending on how economic you choose to be.
