Shared bathroom - only shared with one other housemate.

And all usual appliances and equipment are included, e. g. vacuum, iron, ironing board, clothes airers, etc...

Just wanted to drop you a line to say how happy I have been with my experience at xxxxxxxxx Drive. Testimonial below for you to use as you see best.
I would recommend without question the room I have rented for the last 6 months whilst in Farnworth. Suitably located to Manchester (12 minutes to Manchester Victoria) and well placed for shopping, motorway links, train station, doctors, parks etc.
The room itself suited me perfectly with ample storage space (I needed extra drawers and David arranged these prior to my move in), en suite and kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge which was useful for privacy if not cooking anything which required a stove or oven.
David is diligent, professional and responsive, nothing was too much trouble, the other tenants were also well placed, all of a similar age and respectful of each others privacy.
After 1 month I requested to move to a ground floor room, David facilitated this within a week with no extra change.
I would certainly look to David again should the need arise and if you're considering any of the properties he has to offer, I would highly recommend viewing.

I came to UK to work at the hospital. Living away from my birth country has been really stressful for me. There is too much things I am not sure like security and safety of the place which is most important for me I. That is why I am very grateful to David who welcomed us to one of his shared houses when we first came in. I felt that I found a safe abode which made my mind at ease. It's home away from home.
The first house I have lived is walking distance to farnworth town centre as well as groceries like Asda and Tesco. The neighborhood was good as well and it's quiet at night. The second house I had been to has a nice and peaceful location. It's also near to my workplace.
Service wise, David was just a message away when we have concerns and is very attentive. The houses are well maintained and warm. The kitchen are also big enough for two people cooking together.
To sum up, I would definitely recommend David's shared houses

I moved to this country in May 2018. I initially stayed at David’s house in xxxxxxx Avenue as part of the accommodation paid by my employer. The rooms were spacious and there was a living room. Then I choose to move in with my friends after my initial 2 month stay. To cut the story short the outcome was not positive. I had nowhere to go and I can’t just go back to the house where me and my friends were renting. I thought about David and I contacted him and explained to him my situation. He was so kind and accommodating. He offered me one of the rooms in xxxxxxxx Road. I immediately moved there, the room was spacious, and the house was just walking distance to Asda Farnworth and has stores nearby.
David is a very open to suggestions and tries his best to grant my requests. One time I heard that one of his houses in xxxxxxxx Avenue had vacant rooms and I requested to move there. He agreed and told me that I can move there immediately. Its nearer my workplace and got stores nearby. The room was clean, and the house has homey feels. It was also walking distance to the church where I go. I also felt very secured and safe. Later, my twin sister came over too and she took a room in the same house as me.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay in all his houses. I recommend them highly. I am also thankful to David for being a good landlord.

I had a very good and memorable stay. I had stayed here for 3 months without any issue at all. It was truly a great accommodation.
Room was spacious and good for professional looking for long/short term accommodation. Apartment was good and had fully equipped kitchen .
Bathroom was big and very well maintained. Owner(David) is very co-operative and helpful. He ensures apartment is well kept by the tenants so that hygiene is maintained. Also he is easily reachable in case needed. He is very professional in his approach.

Also This place is just walking distance to ASDA and market street. So one does not have to worry about shortage of grocery or essential items.
There are few good restaurants/take away near by inclduing chinese, Indian, Kabab house etc.

This place rocks and I would give 4.5 out 5 rating for space , hygiene and privacy.

“I would certainly recommend the room I stayed in Farnworth. This property is suitably located near all the basic amenities. Train station at 5 min walk, Restaurants , ASDA , eateries at 5min walk. Bolton is a 10 min rides in one direction and Manchester is a 20 min ride in another.
The room itself where I stayed was perfect with a shower ensuite also having a kitchenette, small refrigerator, microwave and a toaster. This gave me some independence. Although there is a well maintained main kitchen downstairs for any heavy cooking in mind.
It’s a cosy room good for both single or couple occupancy (Landlord Allowed)
David is a diligent landlord taking care of all his properties promptly and without any fuss.
If I am ever in this area again being a working professional David is going to be the first person I contact for any accommodation requirements.”

DMT is a boon for any Business traveler to the Bolton area. I was looking for a good place to stay in a quaint location and was particular to have a kitchen as I am Vegan and there are not many good outlets catering to my needs in Bolton. "I felt like at home when I stayed at -------- Street at Farnworth. The room was cozy, clean and very close to all necessary utility areas like, supermarkets, Train Station, Bus Stand. Connecting to Bolton, Manchester was so convenient from this location. My room was one of the bigger rooms with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, a sink for cleaning my dishes and a toilet and shower ensuite. This gave me total independence.
You yourself are a very professional, meticulous and discipline landlord, which makes it easy to deal with you. The neighborhood is welcoming and accepts a stranger very quickly. My room was very cozy, warm and clean. The common utilities like a full-fledged kitchen, laundry gives this location a cutting edge. I surely missed a dryer for my clothes with an unpredictable and wet weather this region carries. But the backyard is very big for drying your clothes on a Sunny day. The co-tenants are very friendly too. This studio room would definitely be my first option whenever I might come back to stay here."

"To give some context, I am a 24 year old guy who moved from Kent to Greater Manchester to start a new role/career. I immediately recognised from previous testimonials that David was a professional landlord and that everything would be done the right way, and once I had viewed a few properties I had decided this was the best set up for me. Previous feedback and David's accreditation with Bolton Council meant that I always felt secure that I was never going to be ripped off and never going to have to worry about chasing him for poor services, which I never did. Moving me in, David did a thoroughly professional job and with a nice personal touch. I always felt throughout my tenancy I could go to David about any query I had and he was always easy and friendly to deal with. Moving me out, David was equally as helpful, showing great flexibility in providing my reference despite there being a short time window. There was very little to be fixed throughout my tenancy but David was always on hand when there were issues. As for the property, it is a very nice property situated in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. My room in particular served the purpose of my tenancy where I would often live there Monday to Friday but travel away at the weekends. I feel that the room, the services and the utilities (e. g. internet) give any tenant value for their money. Living in this shared house meant that I made two friends whom I will undoubtedly make the effort to catch up with next time I am in the area."

"I moved into one of David's single rooms when I was in the urgent need to find accommodation just around the Farnworth town. Since the first contact with David til the first day of my living in it took no more than couple of days so I was very happy to solve my accommodation problems so quickly. And all the basic and mutual affairs were formally regulated by the contract with the guarantees as from the deposit protection as from the independent organisation that takes care for the tenancy standards. I was even more satisfied as I just moved in and realised that all the maintenance issues as my needs of safety, privacy and every day life expectations were assured and were predicted even before I thought about them. During my stay in the property I had the contact with the landlord whenever I needed and all my needs were solved. The landlord runs this business according to the law, contract and for sure to some general and detailed branch standards (plenty of small solutions and facilities for the tenants were inducted I would not thought about before). He was looking after the property with the respect to me as a tenant and is still very honest with our mutual accountings. He is also very nice person in the routine relations. The location was great with regards to getting to work, with a good corner shop around the corner, as well as a barbers, a couple of takeaways and a lovely cafe. I liked the atmosphere in the house. I thought David picked the tenants really well, and i felt comfortable. Also, that certain rules were put in place to ensure the house was kept clean, safe and secure.
When i first moved in on my own, i was over the moon. David explained everything to me very well and very clearly. The room was clean, and furnished ready for me when i got there.
