I am offering single & double room available in family home, this is on elgin street BL1, near to bus stop (15 sec) , local grocery shop is 4 min walking distance, GP surgery is 5 min walking distance, very well connected to town centre with frequent bus service, this is a 3 bed room family house, the rent for single bedroom is £400 & double (£550)per calender month, one month rent required in advance, this room is available for FEMALE preferably , we are looking for SINGLE PERSON for the room, the rent includes broad band all utility bills (reasonable use of gas & electricity) NO alcohol or any food made from Pork is not allowed in the house, there are two kids under 3 years old living in this property, i have tried to provide as much as info but if you need more information plz drop a message
