Looking for a new flatmate.
Room available, start of December 2024 (on or around 8th Dec, possibly sooner, up to a month before, if my current flat mate agrees to move sooner).
Double en-suite possibly available if I swap to the single room myself. Total £700 pcm for the double en-suite. Unfurnished but flexible to accommodate a double size bed if I switch to the single room. Details can be discussed.
Single room is unfurnished, has it's own separate bathroom. As the room is small, the living room is available for use as an office if needed, I personally only use it to dry/iron clothes and store my bicycle, but plenty of room for someone else to make use of it, as there is no dining or living area furniture in it yet.

All bills inclusive (electricity, fiber optic broadband, water, council tax).
Apartment has allocated parking bay but also plenty of space around the building to park in the residential area. It is located in a quiet area and close to town centre.
Preferably looking for a professional, but students would be considered if they have proof of income. Ages 18-50, any gender.
Also couples considered.
Unfortunately no pets allowed in the apartment but would consider cats or dogs as long as they are clean, quiet and potty trained.
Myself, I am a Finance professional, I work hybrid, two-three times a week in the office and rest from home and sometimes a second job weekends. In my spare time I go to the gym, movies, holidays, road trips, socials or play video games at home. I am a bit of a night owl but you won’t even notice me at times. I am a bit of a social introvert, I keep to myself most of the time but if I get on with someone we could talk for hours. I like to cook if I’m at home most of the time and keep on top with cleaning etc.
