Single room available soon

Single room available, start of December 2024 (on or around 8th Dec, possibly sooner, up to a month before, if my current flat mate agrees to move sooner).

Unfurnished, has it's own separate bathroom. As the room is small, the living room is available for use as an office if needed, I personally only use it to dry/iron clothes and store my bicycle, but plenty of room for someone else to make use of it, as there is no dining or living area furniture in it.

£625 Rent in advance & with all bills inclusive (electricity, fiber optic broadband, water, council tax).

£425 Security deposit

Preferably looking for a professional, but students would be considered if they have proof of income. Ages 18-50, any gender.

Unfortunately no pets allowed in the apartment but would consider cats as long as they are clean, quiet and trained.

I am a professional, I work hybrid, two-three times a week in the office and rest from home as a Finance Analyst. In my spare time I go to the gym, movies, holidays, road trips, socials or play video games at home. I am a bit of a night owl but i always try and keep quiet, and use headphones 9/10 times, always for hours after 21:00. I am a bit of a social introvert, I keep to myself most of the time but if I get on with someone we could talk for hours.
